Three Step Buy and Sell Approach

Develop a diversified global portfolio that employs a variety of major asset classes including: U.S., foreign
and emerging market equities, U.S. and foreign bonds, commodities and real estate.

Unlike the "Buy and Hold" approach where your capital is always at risk , our Buy and Sell approach is
based upon the premise that there are favorable times to risk capital, and favorable times to sit on the
sidelines in cash. Prior to investing in each asset class, we evaluate its favorability by examining its trend. If
an asset class trend is favorable, we will invest or stay invested in it. If an asset class trend is out of favor, we
will sell or maintain a cash position.

If the conditions are favorable for the U.S. Equity and Commodity asset classes, we implement our proprietary
rotation strategy. The purpose of this strategy is to be positioned in the markets "sweet spot" to capture its
return. When the conditions are determined unfavorable, we move to cash.
