IEA Custodians

Just because we are an independent firm, you need not worry about a "Bernie Madoff" like situation - - because your
money is kept securely at a third party custodian. All checks and deposits are made payable to the third party
custodian as we do not have custody or access to client assets at IEA Wealth Management.

You will receive monthly statements as well as trade confirmations and tax forms from your custodian. We only have
limited access to deduct our fees and trade your account, as agreed upon in writing by you. We can move your money
with a verbal request to a pre-authorized and pre-arranged destination for your benefit. For example, you can establish
ACH instructions to move money between your account and your local checking account. Other transactions need your
written authorization submitted to your custodian for approval.

Currently we offer custody services through TD Ameritrade due to their low fees, customer support, tax reporting and
continuous high rankings among custodian surveys. We can offer custody services through other custodians on a case
by case basis.
